We love hearing about flavors you have tried other places and loved. If you can describe the ice cream flavor, we'll do our best to recreate it at The Hedgehog! We wholesale our ice cream to several upscale restaurants in the Lehigh Valley, and we're always looking for new ways to get our name out there. If you don't see our name on the dessert menu at your favorite restaurant, let us know and we'll be more
than happy to contact the restaurant owner. We're happy to help make your family celebrations memorable with one of our awesome ice cream cakes.
